Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TrueSlot app (the “App”), operated by Web Designly Ltd (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

The service

TrueSlot adds delivery and pickup date and time-slot scheduling to a Shopify store’s checkout, along with related fulfillment controls. Features available to you depend on your selected plan. The App and its code remain our property; your store’s data remains yours.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify’s billing system according to the pricing shown at install and in your Shopify admin. Paid plans may include a free trial. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your Shopify admin; charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others. You are responsible for the accuracy of the settings you configure and for complying with your own obligations to your customers.

Availability

We work to keep the App available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time.

Your customers

The App schedules deliveries and pickups according to the rules you configure, but the promises you make to your customers are yours. We are not a party to your sales and are not liable for missed, late, or failed deliveries or pickups.

Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for all claims combined will not exceed the amounts you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached. On uninstall, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

General

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us about the App.
